Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of trustedpackers.in and any moving, packing, storage or transport services booked with Trusted Packers and Movers ("we", "us", "our").

Estimates & Bookings

Quotes shared over the phone or online are indicative. A final, itemised estimate is confirmed after a free in-person or video survey and is based on the actual volume of goods, distance and services requested.

Insurance

Transit insurance is available on every move and is optional unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking. Claims must be reported promptly and are subject to the terms of the applicable insurance policy.

Payments

Payment terms (advance, on-delivery, or milestone-based) are agreed at the time of booking and confirmed in writing before the move.

Customer Responsibilities

• Disclosing all items to be moved accurately during the survey.
• Informing us in advance of any prohibited, hazardous or high-value items.
• Ensuring someone is available to receive and inspect goods at delivery.

Liability

Our liability for loss or damage is limited to what is covered under the transit insurance selected for your move, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Cancellations

Cancellations or rescheduling should be communicated as early as possible; any advance amount paid may be adjusted or refunded as per the booking confirmation.
